The STIX Goaltending Camp is designed to focus on key elements of the game that are essential to a successful goaltender, including, speed, footwork, save selection, rebound control, and more.

During the camp, you'll work with experienced instructors who will help you develop your skills and push you to your limits. Rather than overdoing the on-ice component, we will focus on becoming a well-rounded goaltender with the holistic approach of on-ice, off-ice, and classroom sessions. By the end of the camp, you'll have a deeper understanding of what it takes to be a top-tier goalie and the tools to take your game to the next level. With a similar walk through of on-ice reps, then performing in off-ice training, this camp will be a true prep camp.

• 5 Hours of on-ice instruction
• 5 Hours of Video/Classroom Sessions
• 5 Hours of Goalie specific off-ice training
